Is your pump or light not working right?
Try these simple steps to help troubleshoot the issue:

Plug in the charger to check if the battery is charged

Check if there is water or other liquid on the pump/lights surface

Please check if the fan blades are stuck or obstructed by foreign objects

Please repeatedly press, as well as hold, the on/off switch to observe if the product starts and or lights up
