The Gear Specialist serves as the voice of Big Agnes by providing product and service information and resolving product and service concerns directly with our loyal fans. This important role acts as the voice of the Big Agnes brand, providing excellent customer service to outdoor enthusiasts while driving incremental business.
This entry-level position is where many longtime Big Agnes employees began their careers! Gear Specialists gain knowledge, skills, and experience that can lead to internal promotions and other opportunities.
Position includes a gear stipend, industry pro deals, and paid company camp-outs!
This is a Summer seasonal, part-time position through October, and is located at our headquarters here in beautiful Steamboat Springs, CO.

Big Agnes is searching for a driven, people-first Assistant Store Manager to assist
in opening and leading our flagship retail store in Steamboat Springs โ the
physical heartbeat of a brand born in the mountains. As Assistant Store
Manager, you will help manage the full store experience: sales performance,
team development, visual merchandising, inventory management, and community
engagement. You are equal parts dirtbag and operator โ someone who can geek out
on tent pole geometry with a customer, then pivot to a P&L conversation
with the executive team without missing a beat.

The DC Pro is a year-round full time benefitted position in our Salt Lake Distribution Center. This role must maintain accuracy and efficiency in order fulfilment throughout the pick, pack, and ship process, the operation and maintenance of machine lifts is required, maintain a clean and orderly work area, replenish product into locations throughout the distribution center, maintain the ability to lift 50 lbs. up to a 10 hour day, Load and Unload containers and trucks as the need arises.
