Reporting to and working with the BAP Store Supervisor, the BAP Retail Sales Associate is the front line of the BAP! Store. This position’s first responsibility is the retail store and its daily operation with emphasis on customer service, inventory management, and store appearance. This role will also take part in strategic product buying, marketing, web sales, group sales, rentals/demos, and other aspects day to day retail operations.

Reporting to and working with the BAP Store Manager, the seamstress's responsibilities include replacing buttons, zippers, pockets, and linings, adding padding and shaping materials to garments, and modifying garment styles based on customers’ specifications. You should also be able to estimate the cost of constructing various garments, taking into account the amount of time and materials required.

The Gear Specialist serves as the voice of Big Agnes by providing product and service information and resolving product and service concerns directly with our loyal fans. This important role acts as the voice of the Big Agnes brand, providing excellent customer service to outdoor enthusiasts while driving incremental business.
This entry-level position is where many longtime Big Agnes employees began their careers! Gear Specialists gain knowledge, skills, and experience that can lead to internal promotions and other opportunities.

This graphics department role collaborates primarily with the digital marketing team to strategize visual campaigns and participate in post campaign strategy meetings to review analytics and pivot graphics accordingly. Experience creating animated GIFs for digital campaigns is required. This role also assists in updating existing marketing pieces, creating new marketing pieces using existing brand identity, though its main role is in the digital space. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Steamboat Springs. Some remote flexibility is available, but in-person collaboration is a requirement.
